First download the apk file 

>>>Google account 6.0 apk

>>>Quickshortcutmaker.apk

Put the apk on sdcard.

Download 

Realterm.rar and extract

1.Turn on phone and find usb port 

open realterm to set port number

2.Put this code 
at+creg?\r\n  

atd119;\r\n   (put your number )

3.Next step look at the picture below>>>

4.Download filemanager apk and install.

5.Open filemanager find the Google account apk and quickshorcutmaker apk on sdcard.
   Install the file.


6.Open Quickshortcutmaker.apk
   Search "google account"

Tap on TYPE EMAIL AND PASSWORD

7.Browser sign in put email

wait until finish

8.Restart phone.
   

9.Done.
