I want to introduce you to one favorite ad network alternative. One I have just used (and many friends and readers) to earn more money per month with multiple sites. This network is called RevenueHits and until last year I did not know until they approached me to discuss business.
As mentioned above, one of the areas publisher approached me via LinkedIn or Skype (do not remember) and we talk about how we can do business to run and test them against other ads, including the famous Google Adsense.
At first I hesitated, I must say, but I want to give a try to a different network because you never now when you will find gold nuggets and increase your revenue.
In fact, revenue hit has worked well for me and hundreds of my readers who have received the top spot in my Google Adsense alternatives list.
I know it worked for me and I know it works for my readers because they give feedback and for their referral program gives you statistics to give you an idea of how it works for others as well.

You must fill in your data including website or mobile application, URL, category and a brief description to be accepted. I'm glad they have a direct approval system so anyone will be accepted and processed very quickly.
After that just fill your personal data including name, telephone and password and click continue.
Finally, you will decide how you paid. They have Paypal, Payoneer or wire transfer and payment limits can be as low as $ 20 if you use Paypal. They pay NET30.
Revenue Hits Dashboard - Campaign Setup
Once you're inside you will find a very good looking dashboard with nice user interface. That's something I appreciate in each network since some alternatives look like they were designed back in 1990-2000.
Here you will find your statistics including impressions, clicks, eCPM and earnings of the last 8 days. I created a new account is empty just to show the whole process but it should show all your data in accordance with the website you add in the future.
First, you need to add sites (URLs and names) and then select to add the new placement. Placement is designed to be a place ads on your website. They have several types of advertising including:

Interstitial popunders and has worked great for me with several networks because the click rate can be really high and you do not need to get clicks on your banner to get the money. I've seen rates go from $ 0.5 RevenueHits CPM and up to $ 30 or more per CPM. If only all of this depends on the country and type of traffic you receive. The result will not be the same if you get Mac OS X traffic from Asia because they can if you receive traffic Android from Britain for example.
After you select the type of ad you want to use, you just need to fill out basic information, including name, your website will place advertisements and descriptions.
If you choose a banner advertising, you will find another dropdown menu (see below) with different sizes similar to what you'll get with Google Adsense. I never find banner ads to be really good with network traffic pop, but make sure you give them a try before ditching them completely.
My recommendation is to use popunders, and interstitials first though.
Hits vs Adsense Revenue
It is difficult to compare the Revenue Hits for Adsense because RevenueHits is a large network for pop unders and banners such as Adsense, but I've been able to make more money than RevenueHits and models CPA them compared with Adsense, especially in the niche to leads or conversions to pay more than what too.
I've seen eCPM up to $ 50-100 with RevenueHits well. Especially if you have a mobile traffic interstitial ad then they will have a major impact on your revenue.

I have worked with RevenueHits for several months already. While they just revamped their entire platform a few months ago, I began to make $ 200 the first month and has quickly grown into a $ 600- $ 1,000 per month.
The new interface shows everything in a way that is better (they changed everything in January-February 2015) and as you can see, I've been hit more than $ 1,000 in the last months.

I prefer to receive payment through Paypal so this is one of the last payment received under MyAdWise Ltd. Remember they pay NET30, so what you earn this month is paid at the end of next month. RevenueHits never failed to pay me at the time and I've received about 6-7 payments already.
PPC Advertising Networks
RevenueHits is a CPA ad networks that deliver results for their advertisers. For us (the publisher), they are essentially a network PPC / PPV (depending on the type of ad you use) and it is definitely one of the best you can find out there.

Honestly, RevenueHits network is one of the best I have worked with and their performance and their support has been outstanding so far. Their managers are always in contact and they will help you optimize your ads to get maximum revenue from it. If you do not like the ads you see on your website, let your manager know and he'll help you out.
In addition, remember to test different ad formats and keep them running for at least a week so that they can optimize your earnings with time. My favorite ad is popunders, and interstitials, but you can always try another and see what works for you.
As for payment, do not worry. They will pay on time as long as you reach the threshold of $ 20 they were at the end of the month.
You can not go wrong with them, to be honest, and that's why they've been on the top of my ad network for several months already. No network will be above except my readers and I get a good result either.
