Firstly Install USB Driver
1- Completely Power Off The Phone Remove Sim Card And Sdcard Then Putt your Phone ON
Download Mode By Pressing |Power + Home + Volume Down| Then Press Volume Up
2- When Download Mode Appear Like Image Then Run Odin.exe And Attached Phone With Pc Via Data Cable
3- Now Extract Rom.zip Folder Then Load .Tar.MD5 File In Ap Section From Extracted Folder
